Our group training program offers a maximum of 8 participants per session, ensuring personalized attention and support from our experienced coaches. 60-minute high energy group resistance training. These classes focus on building strength, confidence, and endurance for life. All classes are led start-to-finish by an expert coach.

PREREQUISITES

Individuals wanting to get into our group classes will go through one of our foundation onboarding programs. These programs are designed to help build accountability, consistency and to prepare you to succeed in the group class.
